Description

A warm summer fruit crumble made with juicy peaches, sweet blueberries, and a buttery oat topping.


Ingredients

5 cups sliced peaches

2 cups blueberries

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup old-fashioned oats

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup melted butter


Instructions

1. Combine peaches, blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon.

2. Transfer to baking dish.

3. Mix crumble topping ingredients.

4. Sprinkle topping over fruit.

5. Bake until golden and bubbling.

6. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Fresh fruit provides best flavor.

Serve warm with ice cream.

Store leftovers refrigerated.
