Description

A no-bake lemon tiramisu with creamy mascarpone layers and soft ladyfingers soaked in lemon syrup.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 cup lemon curd

24 ladyfingers

1 cup lemon syrup

1 tablespoon lemon zest


Instructions

1. Whip mascarpone until smooth.

2. Whip cream with sugar and vanilla.

3. Fold together with mascarpone.

4. Add lemon curd and zest.

5. Dip ladyfingers in lemon syrup.

6. Layer biscuits and cream.

7. Repeat layers.

8. Chill before serving.

Notes

Do not over-soak ladyfingers.

Chill overnight for best flavor.

Use cold ingredients.
