Description

Cheesy zucchini quiche made with eggs, zucchini, milk, and melted cheese baked into a creamy savory dish.


Ingredients

1 zucchini grated

1 teaspoon salt

4 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 onion chopped

2 cloves garlic

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Squeeze zucchini dry.

3. Sauté onion and garlic.

4. Whisk eggs and milk.

5. Mix all ingredients together.

6. Bake until set and golden.

Notes

Remove zucchini moisture well.
