Crunchy broccoli cauliflower salad made with fresh vegetables, sunflower seeds, cranberries, and a creamy homemade dressing.
Ingredients
3 cups broccoli florets
3 cups cauliflower florets
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
2. Combine vegetables and toppings in bowl.
3. Whisk dressing ingredients together.
4. Pour dressing over salad and toss.
5. Chill before serving.
