Description

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

24 ounces marinara sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

1 egg

2 cups mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons parsley


Instructions

1. Salt zucchini slices and pat dry.

2. Cook beef with onion and garlic.

3. Mix ricotta filling ingredients.

4. Layer sauce, zucchini, and cheeses.

5. Bake until bubbly and golden.
