Ingredients
2 zucchinis grated
2 cups corn kernels
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter
2 green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and grease dish.
2. Drain zucchini well.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Pour into baking dish.
5. Bake until golden and set.
6. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Remove excess zucchini moisture.
Use fresh corn for best flavor.
Do not overbake.
Add extra cheese on top for crust.
