Fresh watermelon lemonade made with blended watermelon, fresh lemon juice, and natural sweetener for a refreshing summer drink.
Ingredients
6 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup honey or sugar
2 cups cold water
Ice cubes
Lemon slices
Watermelon cubes
Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1. Blend watermelon until smooth.
2. Strain juice if desired.
3. Pour into pitcher.
4. Add lemon juice, sweetener, and water.
5. Stir and serve over ice.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Serve chilled for best flavor.
Add sparkling water for fizz.
Do not over-dilute.
