Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesan
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 to 3 tomatoes sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh basil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Roll pastry onto baking sheet.
3. Score edges.
4. Brush with egg.
5. Mix filling.
6. Spread filling on pastry.
7. Add tomato slices.
8. Season and bake.
9. Top with basil and serve.
Notes
Salt tomatoes to reduce moisture.
Use heirloom tomatoes for flavor.
