Ingredients
2 cups strawberry ice cream
1 cup vanilla ice cream
12 popsicle sticks
20 sandwich cookies
1 packet strawberry gelatin
4 tablespoons melted butter
Whipped topping optional
Fresh strawberries optional
Instructions
1. Prepare loaf pan with parchment.
2. Layer vanilla ice cream and freeze.
3. Add strawberry ice cream layer.
4. Insert sticks and freeze solid.
5. Crush cookies and mix coating.
6. Cut frozen block into bars.
7. Press coating onto each bar.
8. Freeze again briefly.
9. Serve frozen.
