Ingredients
Scale
4 cups cucumbers
1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper flakes
½ tsp peppercorns
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp dill
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers
2. Prepare brine
3. Add spices to jar
4. Pour brine
5. Chill
6. Serve

Use fresh cucumbers
Keep refrigerated
