Ingredients

2 cups peaches
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
2 pie crusts
1 egg
Instructions
1. Prepare filling
2. Cut pie dough
3. Fill and seal pies
4. Brush with egg wash
5. Bake until golden
Notes
Do not overfill
Seal edges tightly
Use ripe peaches
