Description
Frozen s’mores ice cream sandwiches made with graham crackers, creamy vanilla ice cream, chocolate, and marshmallows. An easy no-bake summer dessert perfect for hot days and parties.
Ingredients
12 graham cracker sheets
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
1/2 cup chocolate chunks or mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
1. Line a tray with parchment paper.
2. Arrange half of the graham crackers on the tray.
3. Spread softened ice cream evenly over crackers.
4. Top with marshmallows, chocolate chunks, and melted chocolate.
5. Add remaining graham crackers and freeze at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
Notes
Freeze overnight for firmer texture.
Wrap individually for easy storage.
Toast marshmallows for deeper flavor.
Best served slightly softened for easier bites.
