Gooey s’mores cookie bars with graham cracker crust, chocolate chips, and toasted marshmallows baked into one easy dessert.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Prepare graham crust.
2. Mix cookie dough.
3. Spread over crust.
4. Bake until golden.
5. Add marshmallows.
6. Bake until puffed.
7. Broil lightly if desired.
8. Cool and slice.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Broil carefully for toasted tops.
Cool before cutting.
Store in airtight container.
