Description
Rich s’mores brownies with a graham cracker crust, fudgy brownie center, melted chocolate, and gooey toasted marshmallow topping.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chocolate chunks
Instructions
1. Prepare graham cracker crust in baking pan.
2. Melt butter and chocolate together.
3. Mix brownie batter ingredients.
4. Spread brownie batter over crust and bake.
5. Top with marshmallows and chocolate, then finish baking.
Notes
Watch marshmallows carefully while baking.
Cool before slicing.
Serve warm for gooey texture.
