Description
Tender slow cooker BBQ brisket cooked low and slow until fall-apart juicy, coated in rich smoky barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
3–4 pounds beef brisket
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Season brisket with spices.
2. (Optional) Sear brisket in pan.
3. Place in slow cooker.
4. Mix BBQ sauce ingredients.
5. Cook until tender and shred.
Notes
Cook low for best tenderness.
Let rest before shredding.
Add extra sauce if needed.
Store leftovers properly.
