Ingredients
Scale
2 cups corn
2 zucchinis
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup onion
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp paprika
parsley
Instructions
1. Sauté onion and garlic
2. Cook zucchini
3. Add corn
4. Season and cook
5. Serve warm
Notes
Do not overcook zucchini
Use fresh corn if possible
Serve immediately
Add herbs last
