Raspberry chocolate lasagna is a no-bake layered dessert with chocolate cookie crust, creamy filling, chocolate pudding, and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients
36 chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
6 tablespoons butter melted
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz whipped topping
2 boxes chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1/2 cup raspberry preserves
8 oz whipped topping topping
Chocolate shavings optional
Instructions
1. Mix cookie crust ingredients.
2. Press into baking dish.
3. Chill crust.
4. Beat cream cheese and sugar.
5. Fold in whipped topping.
6. Spread over crust.
7. Prepare pudding.
8. Spread pudding layer.
9. Add raspberry preserves and berries.
10. Top with whipped topping.
11. Garnish and chill.
12. Serve cold.
Notes
Chill overnight for best texture.
Use stabilized whipped cream if homemade.
Drain frozen berries well.
Keep refrigerated until serving.
