Creamy no-bake peanut butter pie with a chocolate cookie crust and fluffy peanut butter filling.
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup butter melted
1 cup peanut butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter.
2. Press into pie dish.
3. Chill crust.
4. Beat cream cheese.
5. Add peanut butter, sugar, vanilla.
6. Fold in whipped cream.
7. Fill crust.
8. Chill until set.
9. Top and serve.
Notes
Chill at least 4 hours.
Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
Freeze for firmer texture.
Store covered in fridge.
