Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup Granulated Sugar

1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

2 large Eggs

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Milk

1/2 cup Yogurt


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round pan.

2. Whisk melted butter and Light Brown Sugar; spread in the pan.

3. Arrange sliced Peaches in a single layer over the sugar mixture.

4. Whisk Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt in a medium bowl.

5. Beat Eggs and Granulated Sugar until fluffy; stir in Vanilla, Milk, and Yogurt.

6. Fold dry ingredients into wet, pour over peaches, and bake 35–40 minutes.

Notes

Invert the cake after 10 minutes of cooling to ensure the caramel releases perfectly.
