Description

Fresh peach salsa made with ripe peaches, lime juice, jalapeño, cilantro, and crisp vegetables for a sweet and savory summer salsa perfect for tacos and chips.


Ingredients

3 ripe peaches, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeño, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon honey (optional)


Instructions

1. Dice peaches and vegetables into small pieces.

2. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl.

3. Pour lime juice and olive oil over mixture.

4. Toss gently until combined.

5. Let salsa rest before serving.

Notes

Use ripe but firm peaches.

Best served fresh.
