Refreshing homemade peach iced tea made with black tea, fresh peaches, lemon juice, and natural sweetness for the perfect summer drink.
Ingredients
6 cups water
4 black tea bags
3 ripe peaches, sliced
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar or honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Ice cubes
Peach slices
Fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1. Steep tea bags in hot water.
2. Simmer peaches with sugar and water.
3. Mash and strain peach syrup.
4. Combine syrup with tea.
5. Chill and serve over ice.
Notes
Serve well chilled.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Use fresh peaches for best flavor.
