Description
Peach French toast bake made with brioche bread, custard mixture, cinnamon, and juicy peaches baked until golden and soft.
Ingredients
1 loaf brioche bread cubed
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups peaches
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease baking dish.
3. Add bread and peaches.
4. Mix custard ingredients.
5. Pour over bread.
6. Press lightly.
7. Rest or chill overnight.
8. Bake until set.
9. Cool and serve.
Notes
Best if soaked overnight.
Use fresh or canned peaches.
Serve warm with syrup.
