Ingredients
4 peaches, diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 baguette, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp powdered sugar
extra honey for drizzling
Instructions
1. Dice peaches and mix with lemon juice, honey, and vanilla
2. Toast bread slices until golden
3. Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar
4. Spread cream cheese on bread
5. Top with peach mixture
6. Drizzle with honey and serve
Notes
Use ripe peaches for best flavor
Serve immediately after assembling
