Ingredients
2 cups peaches diced
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup crushed cookies
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
1. Mix peaches with honey and lemon juice.
2. Prepare cookie base if using.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
4. Add sugar and vanilla.
5. Whip cream separately.
6. Fold together creams.
7. Layer in cups.
8. Chill before serving.
