Ingredients
1 cup white chocolate chips
4 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Melt white chocolate until smooth.
2. Beat cream cheese and butter until creamy.
3. Mix in lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.
4. Stir in melted white chocolate.
5. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
6. Chill mixture.
7. Roll into balls.
8. Coat and chill again.
9. Serve cold.
