No-bake Black Forest cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust, creamy chocolate filling, and cherry topping.
Ingredients
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
6 tablespoons butter
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup melted chocolate
1 1/2 cups cherries
Instructions
1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter.
2. Press into pan and chill.
3. Beat cream cheese with sugar and cocoa.
4. Whip cream until stiff peaks.
5. Fold together filling.
6. Spread into crust.
7. Chill overnight.
8. Top with cherries.
Notes
Chill long enough for best texture.
Use whipped cream for lightness.
Add chocolate shavings for decoration.
