Description

A warm mixed berry cobbler topped with a buttery oat crumble and baked until golden and bubbling.


Ingredients

Scale

2 cups blueberries

2 cups strawberries sliced

1 cup raspberries

1/2 cup blackberries

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup flour

3/4 cup oats

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup melted butter


Instructions

1. Mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, vanilla, and cinnamon.

2. Transfer to baking dish.

3. Combine crumble topping ingredients.

4. Sprinkle over berries.

5. Bake until golden and bubbling.

6. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

Use fresh or frozen berries.

Let cool before serving.

Serve warm with ice cream.
