Ingredients

1 teaspoon honey optional

8 oz burrata cheese

Fresh basil

Crusty bread


Instructions

1. Halve cherry tomatoes.

2. Mix with olive oil, garlic, vinegar, and seasoning.

3. Marinate for 15–30 minutes.

4. Place burrata on plate.

5. Top with marinated tomatoes.

6. Drizzle olive oil.

7. Garnish with basil.

8. Serve.

Notes

Use ripe tomatoes for best flavor.

Add burrata at the last moment.

Serve with toasted bread.
