Description
Soft and chewy lemon white chocolate cookies with bright citrus flavor and creamy white chocolate chunks.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Cream butter and sugar.
4. Add egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla.
5. Combine wet and dry mixtures.
6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
7. Scoop dough onto tray.
8. Bake 10–12 minutes.
9. Cool before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake.
Chill dough for thicker cookies.
Use fresh lemon juice.
Store airtight.
