Ingredients

1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Mix wet ingredients
3. Combine gently
4. Cook pancakes on pan
5. Flip until golden
6. Serve warm
Notes
Do not overmix batter
Use fresh lemon zest
Serve immediately
