Description

Ingredients

1 cup ground pistachios

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

2 eggs

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons lemon zest

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. Mix dry ingredients including pistachios.

3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy.

4. Add eggs, yogurt, milk, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.

5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

6. Pour into pan.

7. Bake 35–40 minutes.

8. Cool and glaze.
