Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter melted
1/2 cup pecans optional
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
2 boxes lemon pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 cups whipped topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix crust ingredients.
3. Press into baking dish.
4. Bake and cool completely.
5. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
6. Mix with powdered sugar.
7. Fold in whipped topping.
8. Spread over crust.
9. Whisk pudding with milk.
10. Spread pudding layer.
11. Top with whipped topping.
12. Chill before serving.
Notes
Chill thoroughly before slicing.
Use homemade whipped cream if preferred.
