Ingredients

2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
¾ cup blueberries
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Mix wet ingredients
3. Combine gently
4. Fold in blueberries
5. Cook pancakes on skillet
6. Flip and serve

Do not overmix batter
Use fresh or frozen berries
Cook on medium heat
