Individual no-bake key lime pie cups with creamy citrus filling and graham cracker base.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
1 cup whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar.
2. Press into cups.
3. Whisk condensed milk and lime juice.
4. Add zest and vanilla.
5. Fold in whipped topping.
6. Layer into cups.
7. Chill until set.
8. Top and serve.
Notes
Chill overnight for best results.
Use fresh lime juice.
Do not skip refrigeration.
