Ingredients
2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Mix cookie crust ingredients and press into pan.
2. Freeze crust until firm.
3. Spread ice cream over crust and freeze again.
4. Heat fudge ingredients until smooth.
5. Pour fudge over ice cream and freeze until set.
Notes
Freeze overnight for best results.
Use warm knife for slicing.
Store tightly wrapped.
Serve slightly softened.
