Fresh honey lime basil peach fruit salad made with juicy peaches, berries, and a light citrus honey dressing for a refreshing summer fruit bowl.
Ingredients
3 ripe peaches, sliced
1 cup strawberries, halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lime zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Wash and slice all fruit.
2. Place fruit in large bowl.
3. Add chopped basil.
4. Whisk honey, lime juice, and zest.
5. Toss gently and chill before serving.
Notes
Use fresh ripe fruit.
Add basil just before serving.
Best eaten fresh.
Avoid overmixing.
