Description

Homemade peach jam made with fresh ripe peaches, sugar, and lemon juice. A simple small-batch fruit spread perfect for toast, yogurt, and desserts.


Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1. Place peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in saucepan.

2. Stir until sugar dissolves and peaches release juices.

3. Bring to a boil then simmer while stirring.

4. Cook until thick and glossy.
