Ingredients
2 pounds chicken breast or thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion

Instructions
1. Marinate chicken in tropical sauce.
2. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
