Ingredients
3 zucchinis
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon oregano
3/4 cup feta cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Slice zucchini.
2. Season with oil and spices.
3. Grill until tender and charred.
4. Top with feta.
5. Drizzle lemon and olive oil.
6. Garnish and serve.
