Juicy grilled teriyaki burger glazed with sweet savory teriyaki sauce, topped with fresh vegetables and optional grilled pineapple.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cornstarch slurry
4 burger buns
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion
Pineapple slices
Instructions
1. Make teriyaki sauce and thicken.
2. Form and season burger patties.
3. Grill patties until cooked.
4. Brush with teriyaki glaze.
5. Assemble burgers and serve.
Notes
Do not overcook patties.
Brush sauce at end for caramelization.
Grill pineapple for extra flavor.
Serve immediately.
