Easy grilled chicken marinade made with garlic, lemon, soy sauce, and herbs for juicy flavorful chicken.
Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds chicken
Instructions
1. Whisk marinade ingredients together.
2. Add chicken and coat evenly.
3. Marinate in refrigerator.
4. Preheat grill.
5. Remove chicken from marinade.
6. Grill until fully cooked.
7. Rest before serving.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavor.
Use thighs for extra juiciness.
Great for meal prep.
