Description
Ultra fudgy brownies filled with gooey melted Rolo caramel chocolates for a rich chocolate-caramel dessert.
Ingredients
1 cup melted butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
25–30 Rolo chocolates
Chocolate chips optional
Instructions
1. Prepare brownie batter.
2. Spread half into pan.
3. Add Rolo chocolates.
4. Cover with remaining batter.
5. Bake until set.
6. Cool completely.
7. Slice and serve.
Notes
Do not overbake for fudgy texture.
Cool before cutting.
Use parchment for easy removal.
Add extra Rolos for gooey centers.
