Description

Fresh herb cherry salad with juicy cherries, toasted walnuts, cilantro, and a light lemon honey dressing.


Ingredients

2 cups cherries pitted and halved

1/2 cup walnuts toasted

1/3 cup cilantro chopped

2 cups mixed greens

1/4 red onion sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon honey

Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Pit and halve cherries.

2. Toast walnuts until fragrant.
