Ingredients

1 pie crust
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 oz chocolate
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare crust
2. Beat butter and sugar
3. Add chocolate and vanilla
4. Beat in eggs
5. Chill filling
6. Top with whipped cream
7. Serve cold
Notes
Use pasteurized eggs if needed
Chill overnight
Serve very cold
