Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry
8 fresh figs sliced
4 ounces blue cheese crumbled
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 egg beaten
Black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Roll out puff pastry and score border.
3. Arrange figs on pastry.
4. Top with blue cheese.
5. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake until golden.
7. Finish with honey and thyme.
8. Serve warm.
