Ingredients
2 chicken breasts sliced thin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/3 cup oil
Instructions
1. Slice chicken.
2. Season chicken.
3. Dredge in flour.
4. Dip in egg.
5. Coat in breadcrumbs.
6. Fry until golden.
7. Drain and rest.
8. Serve.
Notes
Use panko for extra crunch.
Do not overcrowd pan.
Rest before slicing.
Serve immediately for best texture.
