Description
Crispy avocado fries coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and baked or air fried until golden and crunchy.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat oven or air fryer.
2. Slice avocados into wedges.
3. Coat in flour.
4. Dip in egg.
5. Coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Place on tray or basket.
7. Spray with oil.
8. Bake or air fry until crispy.
9. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use firm avocados.
Panko gives best crunch.
Serve right away for best texture.
Do not overcook.
