Ingredients

2 lbs potatoes
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp vinegar
½ cup celery
¼ cup onion
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp parsley
Instructions
1. Boil potatoes until tender
2. Prepare dressing
3. Combine vegetables and eggs
4. Mix with potatoes
5. Season and chill
