Cinnamon Roll Butter Swim Biscuits – soft buttery biscuits with a gooey cinnamon swirl.
Ingredients
2 ½ cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 cups buttermilk
½ cup butter melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter melted
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla
Instructions
1. Preheat oven and add butter to dish
2. Mix dry ingredients
3. Add buttermilk and combine
4. Spread dough in dish
5. Prepare cinnamon mixture
6. Swirl into dough
7. Bake 20–25 minutes
8. Prepare glaze
9. Drizzle and serve
Notes
Do not overmix dough
Serve warm for best texture
Adjust sweetness as needed
