Sweet grilled pineapple brushed with cinnamon honey glaze and caramelized until golden and juicy.
Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple sliced
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon melted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch sea salt optional
Optional toppings
Instructions
1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
2. Mix honey, butter, cinnamon, and vanilla.
3. Brush pineapple with glaze.
4. Place pineapple on grill.
5. Cook until caramelized and marked.
6. Brush with extra glaze if desired.
7. Remove and serve warm.
Notes
Fresh pineapple works best.
Use coconut oil for dairy-free version.
Serve warm with ice cream or yogurt.
